6 graham crackers (unflavored)
3 tbsp granulated sugar
⅓ stick butter
4 oz dark chocolate
5 tbsp Handsome Carver’s Chocolate & Coffee Peanut Spread
½ cup warm milk
Crumble the graham crackers to a fine consistency then add the sugar and mix evenly. Set aside.
Place butter and dark chocolate in a double boiler and heat until melted, then add the Handsome Carver Chocolate & Coffee Peanut Spread and blend until hot and smooth.
Add the dry graham cracker mix to the chocolate mixture then slowly pour in the warm milk. The mixture will be a thick dough.
Place the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to cool down.
Remove from refrigerator, and shape dough into 1.5” diameter truffle balls. Rolls the truffle balls in the cocoa powder.
Place the truffle balls on a serving dish and chill in refrigerator until ready to serve; serve cold.
