Nuts Over French Toast

INGREDIENTS

2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup milk
4 tbsp. butter
4 slices bread
1/4 cup Handsome Carver’s Cinnamon and Honey Cashew Butter (or any of Handsome Carver’s Nut Butters)
Optional: Raspberries, strawberries, blueberries etc.

DIRECTIONS

Melt butter over medium heat. Whisk together cinnamon, eggs, milk, and vanilla and pour into a shallow container. Dip bread in egg mixture. Fry slices until golden brown, then flip to cook the other side.

Drizzle your favorite Handsome Carver’s nut butter over each slice and enjoy.
