3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 1/4 cup red wine vinegar 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice 2 tablespoons of Handsome Carver’s Pistachio Butter Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Combine oil, vinegar, lemon juice in a small bowl.
Gently whisk in pistachio butter until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Optional: Add garlic, tarragon, oregano or any other desired seasonings.
