Coffee & Chocolate Cupcakes
THE CAKE
3 cups of flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
12 tablespoons butter unsalted
1 1/2 cups of sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons pure vanilla
1 1/4 cups of milk
Combine the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and then beat in eggs, milk, vanilla, and butter until smooth. Bake at 350 degrees for roughly 15 to 20 minutes.
THE ICING
2 cups of icing sugar
3 table spoons of evaporated milk
1/2 cup of butter
1 cup of Handsome Carver’s Coffee & Chocolate Peanut Spread

Substitute Handsome Carver’s Coffee & Chocolate Peanut Spread with Handsome Carver’s Coconut Chocolate Almond Butter
